Exercise For A Long And Healthy Life

New year resolutions come and go. We make up our mind that this time we are going to exercise and be more, healthy. We buy gym memberships, gym clothes, running shoes and we make resolution to muster our will power to use them. And in a very short time the motivation is gone and it feels like too much work.

Be there for yourself and your family.
There are a lot of very good reasons to keep our bodies fit. We want to be an active part of our children’s lives and enjoy playing and exploring with them as they grow and develop. For many there are the strong motivators of living a longer, and more active life that will allow us to see our grandchildren, and perhaps our great grandchildren grow and thrive. So why is it that we have trouble? I certainly remember, and you may as well, being young and active and not thinking twice about being involved in active play all day and into the night. You can still have that feeling. If your doctor says you're healthy enough, you can be just as active as any young person.

Has your get-up-and-go got-up-and-went?
Slowing down just because we are 30, or 40, or 50, or 60, or 70, or 80 is a bunch of bull.  The time has come for you to realize that if you don't use it, you'll lose it. The good news is that no matter what shape your shape is in, now is a great time to begin to live the life you want. It's never too late to be your best you possible.

As we age and begin to lose some of that old pep, we may begin to notice that our get-up-and-go has got-up-and-went. Very often this is due to being overweight, smoking, and living a sedentary lifestyle. It just seems to be a big circle. Some part of us seems to pull us back from our motivation. Hypnosis can bring agreement between your various internal motivations and get your entire mind pointed toward your goal of being healthy.

I have a great friend named Rose, (you may know someone like her.) Rose is living proof that we can live long and active live that are absolutely worth getting up for. Rose is 80 something years old and she still plays tennis 3 times a week with her 58 year old daughter. And she wins a lot of the time.  Being active has helped Rose to have fun and to stay mentally alert. Staying fit is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle and a vital part of any weight loss or smoking cessation plan.
