Exercise For A Long And Healthy Life New year resolutions come and go. We make up our mind that this time we are going to exercise and be more, healthy. We buy gym memberships, gym clothes, running shoes and we make resolution to muster our will power to use them. And in a very short time the motivation is gone and it feels like too much work. Be there for yourself and your family.
As we age and begin to lose some of that old pep, we may begin to notice that our get-up-and-go has got-up-and-went. Very often this is due to being overweight, smoking, and living a sedentary lifestyle. It just seems to be a big circle. Some part of us seems to pull us back from our motivation.
